Privacy Notice

There are no forms, accounts or online payments on this site. When you contact us by phone, by email, on Instagram or in our showrooms, we process the name, phone number, email address and details of your request that you share with us; when we work on a project together, also the address and details of the space that the project needs.

When you visit the site, the servers that host it keep, as a technical necessity, records such as your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the page viewed and your browser.

To answer your enquiries, prepare quotations, carry out projects and sales and plan showroom visits (KVKK art. 5/2-c, entering into or performing a contract); to meet our legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç); and to keep the site secure and working (art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest).

This site uses no cookies for advertising or visitor analytics, and stores nothing in your browser.

The site’s typefaces are loaded from Adobe Fonts. Your IP address and browser details are then sent to Adobe, outside Türkiye; Adobe uses them to serve the fonts and to count pageviews for licensing, without cookies. This transfer rests on our legitimate interest in the site working (KVKK art. 5/2-f) and is made under the conditions of KVKK art. 9.

The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps only when you press “Show the map”. Your IP address and browser details are then sent to Google, outside Türkiye, and Google may set its own cookies; this transfer rests on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1 and art. 9). How Google processes this data is set out in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Directions links and our Instagram account open on those services’ own pages and are subject to their privacy policies.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as far as the work requires: with the hosting, email and communication providers we use, with the suppliers and contractors we work with on your project, and with public authorities entitled to it by law. These providers’ servers may be outside Türkiye; any such transfer is made under the conditions of KVKK art. 9.

We keep your data for as long as the purpose requires and for the retention periods set by law, and then delete, destroy or anonymise it.

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to be erased or destroyed under the conditions of the KVKK, and for these steps to be notified to those third parties; to object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send your request in writing to the email address or postal address above. We will respond free of charge, and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
